CES started its activities as an initiative in 2020 with 6 volunteers and was legally registered as a non-profit organisation in May 2021. Our mission is to contribute to the development of the entrepreneurship ecosystem on the island by providing support to entrepreneurs. Our platform is structured in a quadruple helix, bringing together stakeholders from academia, civil society, businesses, and public institutions to support the growth of entrepreneurs.
