Apply for the 'Inspire the Future' Small Grant Program until March 15, 2024!"






Bringing together youth, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), and companies, the "Inspiring the Future Small Grants Programme" aims to implement projects prioritizing societal benefit by young individuals, and continues to accept applications!


Financed by the European Union and implemented by the Cyprus Turkish Managers Association (KTYD) and the Human Resources Management Association (İKYD), the Inspiring the Future Small Grant Programme, operating under the SEEing Youth Project, provides funding of up to 4,000EUR for projects involving societal benefits to young people aged 18-30.


Various civil society organizations and private sector institutions will provide technical support in the grant program, which aims to promote human rights-based principles, non-discrimination, gender equality, and the inclusion of marginalized and vulnerable groups in youth initiatives.


The program's priority areas include:

  • Raising awareness and creating social change among young people on fundamental human rights and responsibilities, active citizenship, environment and climate change, social inclusion and youth participation, democratic governance, eliminating inequalities and discrimination, reinforcing gender equality including LGBTQI+;

  • Empowering young people to take part in policy and decision making through organising under thematic and general youth assemblies, committees and lobbying;

  • Supporting young people in creating direct change within their communities in relation to environment/climate change, anti-discrimination, youth participation, fundamental human rights, etc.


Awareness campaigns, lobbying efforts, social media campaigns, trainings, workshops, conferences, and activities aimed at establishing youth associations, initiatives, clubs/committees advocating for democratic governance and youth participation will be among the activities funded under the project.
